The Cookstown Swimming Club

has a proud history of success for over 40 years.

The club aims to:

• Nurture and help young swimmers develop their full talent and abilities
• Help young people develop a healthy active lifestyle to reduce obesity and health problems in later life.

The club has 120 members from the age of 6 years upwards. The club would like to welcome more minority ethnic groups to join the club. We already have an excellent Polish swimmer Lukasz who has recently secured employment with the Cookstown District Council as a swimming coach.

• 12 Feb Open Night for interested members – Interpreters for Polish, Czech & Slovak
• 20 Feb Open Night for interested members – Interpreters for Latvian, Russian & Lithuanian
• 3 Mar Open Night for interested members – Interpreters for Portuguese, East Timor
